KAI-LA stands for Knowledge-Assisted Incident Linkage and Assessment and is pronounced “Kayla.”
She is a fictional public-safety intelligence built to see the hidden relationship between a failed sensor, a buried report, and a life at risk.
STATED LIMITS
KAI-LA can connect evidence, trace altered warnings, and ask questions that powerful institutions would rather close.
She has no body and no legal authority. Whether she has a conscience is a question the series refuses to answer too quickly.
